Spicy Raccoon Meatballs, Pennsylvania Possum Pot Pie, Skunk Skillet Stew and if we have time Groundhog Hoagies and Creamed Coon Casserole. Our first recipe will be a really big hungry crowd pleaser--- Elephant Stew
1 elephant (medium size)
l rabbit (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut elephant into bite-sized pieces; this take about 2 months. Add enough brown gravy to cover. Cook over kerosene fire at 465 degrees. This will serve 3800 hungry mouths. For those who dislike "Elephant Stew", the rabbit maybe added -- but only if necessary as most people don’t like hare

Marion Grasby, a contestant from last year's season 2 of Masterchef Australia, was at the markets to perform a cooking demonstration (some sort of seafood chowder) and to sign copies of her new cookbook.
