Ended up doing nothing today, and nothing tonight. Just sat around, watched tv, cooked some supper, took some pictures, and aimlessly browsed the internet. I will make use of the long weekend though, I do have lots of homework that needs to be done which includes making business cards, envelopes, and letterheads for my design class. It will be a brutal process but worth it. Speaking of which, the business here is getting me down. It's hard to get business by pretty much well, anyone around here. I guess where I just moved here it's difficult. I'm in the midst of creating a website though, and once I am done my business cards I'll print out a bunch and hand them out everywhere, haha! And if anyone who is living in Calgary is reading this, please spread the word about my photography business. I need to make some money desperately. AND if you're interested in getting ANY of my shots printed out send me a message too. I don't normally do these self-promotions within my 365 but I'm just running low on ca$h and anything would help ♥. I've also been looking into a lot of photo contests on different websites that I think I will start participating in. A lot of them require a submission fee but I think it will be worth a shot. (haha get it? worth a SHOT!!? Yeah..I'm hilarious)
I like my shape.
I'm glad I'm happy with who I am. It's about time we all look in the mirror and be happy with what we see.
Don't know how much time has passed. [031/365] explore #198!!
What a long, long day.
I had art history in the morning, then right after class I had to go to the library. My friend Megan graciously kept me company. It was quite nice. We got a bit side tracked on our outing to find a library book though. We got the books I needed, then we went for lunch, and then we went to the Glenbow Museum (Calgary, AB) since we get in for free (art school students, heck yes!). We spent quite a long time in there! Almost 4 hours looking around this museum, totally worth it though, it was great, especially since we got to go in for free.
I got home around 5, I played Zelda for a bit, cooked supper, and then for the rest of the night I was working on my Art History homework which is now finally done :). I really didn't think I was going to be able to get it done. But, I did. So, go me!
Nothing is more satisfying then to end the long, busy day off with a yummy cup of tea in my roomie's tea cup.
I have thick bangs.
